Prepare Surface:
The first thing we do to an existing metal roof is remove scaling rust and pressure wash to achieve a clean, sound roof surface. We also tighten or replace loose fasteners. |

Encapsulate Corrosion:
We then apply a rust controller specially formulated to neutralize and halt further rust corrosion on all metal surfaces. It prepares and sets the surface to bond with cool roof sealers and surface membranes. To ensure our roof is ready to be finished, we install as needed, a highly adhesive butyl-back tape (BBT) that bonds especially well with our top coat finish layers. Once embedded, the BBT tape's high tensile strength contributes to the stability of all restored roofing areas. |

Seal Seams & Fasteners:
We caulk open seams, reinforce all seams, flashings, and penetrations with high tensile strength reinforced fabric which is used over joints, seams, and repairs in failing roof substrates. This reinforced poly-cloth helps stabilize the restored metal roof into a single, seamless surface that is virtually impervious to tears, splits or damage from the elements. |

Seal Roof:
Next we flow waterproof sealer over all areas of roof caulking, reinforcing fabric, and fasteners to create a watertight base for the final seamless layers.
This sealer is actually is a fluid applied membrane which encases all roof seams, fasteners, joints, flashings, intrusions, and substrate repairs inside a tough, pliable, seamless surface. The renewed surface is now wind and water tight, and ready to be bonded with ceramic finish layers for the ultimate in durable protection from UV sunlight, heat, and airborne corrosives. |

Apply Core Layer:
The roof is now ready for us to flow on the first layer of ceramic finish for metal roofs. This step provides a tough, weathertight, monolithic core layer, bonded over every square inch of the roof surface. This layer provides the system with its durability as well as all its cool roof advantages. It is deliberately applied in multiple layers to assure a well bonded seamless roof surface over the watertight base. The sustainability of this surface is what permits the renewable Warranty to be updated every ten years. |

Apply Final Layer:
Now the roof is ready for a second layer of ceramic finish top coat specially formauled for metal. This final application will create a seamless, titanium-white surface of highly reflective, ceramic-embedded roofing that remains waterproof, pliable, and virtually impervious to airborne corrosives over years of hostile environmental conditions.
