Prepare Surface:
Pressure wash the old roof surface to eliminate loose material, repair substrate, blisters, and cracks as needed. |

Seal Seams:
Reinforce all roof, vent, duct, and flashing seams and laps with high tensile strength polyester cloth and tape. This reinforced poly-cloth is a high tensile strength polyester fabric used over joints, seams, and repairs in failing roof substrates. Once embedded in roofing system membranes, the poly-cloth helps stabilize the restored roof into a single, seamless surface that is virtually impervious to tears, splits or damage from the elements. |

Prime and Seal Surface:
We then flow on one or two layers of base sealer. Formulated to bond the original substrate as well as to subsequent top layers, the base sealer is used to saturate and waterproof all seam sealing fabrics and tapes at joints, vents, and asphalt roof repairs. This bonding sealer applies as a fluid, filling all cracks, and curing as a seamless, pliable membrane over the entire roof. Once cured, a second layer of base sealer is applied over the entire roof area to create the first monolithic bonding surface that is both waterproof and wind tight.
We also offer a special base sealer as an additional option whenever a flat roof with ponding water is a regular problem. |

Apply Core Layer:
Next we flow on the first layer of top coat finish. This first coat finish will be applied in multiple passes over poly-cloth and base sealer will bond with the base sealer and provide a monolithic core base for the final roof surface. The first finish layer bonds with the base sealer and melds into the old EPDM roofing material forming a new, seamless, weather tight roofing surface. |

Apply Surface Layer:
We are now ready to flow on the final finish layer. Our ceramic finish top coat is often the preferred choice as the top surface membrane if the old asphalt base is sloped. The new roof surface will be a seamless, titanium white ply of a highly reflective roofing that is waterproof, pliable, and virtually impervious to airborne corrosives over years of hostile environmental conditions. Once it's completed, the new roof surface will possess the sustainable restoration necessary to qualify for for the 10 Year Renewable Warranty. |
